These Terms govern your use of z8digital.com and the services provided by Z8 Digital L.P. (ABN 52 983 145 065), trading as Z8 Digital (“we”, “us”). By using the site or booking a session, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
Z8 Digital provides technical support for Zucoin holders, including paid one-on-one Pro Support sessions and free membership resources. We provide technical guidance only. We do not provide financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
Bookings and sessions
Sessions are booked through the site. We usually start on a phone call and may use a secure video link if we need to see your screen. You are responsible for being available at the time you book.
Fees and payment
Pro Support sessions are charged at the price shown at the time of booking, payable by card (processed by Stripe) or in Zucoin. Prices may change from time to time.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the security of your own wallet, backups and devices. Zucoin is a self-custody asset. We will never ask for, and you should never share, your private key or backup file.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Nothing on this site or provided during a session is financial or investment advice. Please see our Disclaimer.
Intellectual property
Content on this site is owned by Z8 Digital unless stated otherwise and may not be copied without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Z8 Digital is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or services, including any loss of Zucoins, beyond what is required under the Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Termination
We may suspend or end access to our services for breach of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
