Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid Pro Support sessions booked through z8digital.com.

Rescheduling and cancellations

You can reschedule or cancel a booked session by emailing support@z8digital.com at least 24 hours before the session. We will offer you a new time or a full refund.

Refunds before a session

If you cancel with at least 24 hours notice, or if we are unable to deliver your session, you are entitled to a full refund.

After a session

Once a session has been delivered, it is generally not refundable, as the service has been provided.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a service is not provided with due care and skill, you may be entitled to a remedy.

Zucoin payments

Where you paid in Zucoin, any agreed refund will be returned in Zucoin to your nominated wallet.
